Q: How do I sign up for Bill Pay?
Signing up for Bill Pay is easy through Online Banking. Just choose the account you would like to use with Bill Pay and complete the enrollment process via Online and Mobile Banking with Armstrong Bank.
Q: What features are available in Bill Pay?
Bill Pay offers the capability to pay most merchants, individuals and institutions via the internet, and you can even schedule and send payments via your Mobile Banking App.
Q: What are the cut-off times to add, edit, or delete payments?
Previously scheduled payments can now be edited or deleted until 7:00 am (CST) on the scheduled payment date. New payments may now be added until 2:00 pm (CST) in order to be sent on the same business day.
Q: If I have a payment scheduled but do not have the funds available, how many times will the payment be attempted?
Payments will only attempt to be processed for three business days.

Log in to your Online Banking account, select your account from the Dashboard, and select the Documents option on the right-hand side.
Follow the quick and easy steps to enroll.
Select the accounts for which you wish to receive E-Docs.
You can enroll in electronic statements for checking and savings accounts, as well as most any other notice Armstrong Bank may send.
